David Harker was the head of security for Ashley Chapel Logistics. He thought Ashley Chapel was going to use the Millennium Codex to manipulate the Y2K bug and steal money from banks, and wanted to be part of the scheme. When the Great Kingdom was created, he became Harklaane, Ashmael's adjutant. (PROSE: Millennial Rites)
