The De'htrexi were a green, worm-like species. They were in a competition with another species that took place on Earth. The De'htrexi controlled dogs, while the other species controlled cats. The De'htrexi got out of hand and began controlling humans as well. They were defeated by the Sixth Doctor. (PROSE: Certificate of Destruction)
