DeRosa Janz was the president of an Earth Colony. He became worried when Inscape went down and had to keep the citizens happy. He didn't value the colony's life. He later thought that Loyyo was killed by the settlers he ordered them destroyed. He was determined to regain power after the invasion by Volar's people. (AUDIO: The Genesis Chamber)
