Dellan
Dellan was one of King Otho VI's sons. According to Zeta he was a bit of a wet blanket. He was assigned with his brother Clarent to the fourth location of where to find the Sixth Doctor which was Geminus. (AUDIO: The Exaltation [+]Loading...["The Exaltation (audio story)"]).
He relied on his computer to locate the Doctor. His ship was caught in an explosive shell during the war on the planet. He managed to avoid detection by the Sontarans. He used the Concussion weapon on the Doctor which was cancelled out by Clarent's force cage. (AUDIO: Sibling Rivalry [+]Loading...["Sibling Rivalry (audio story)"]) He was left stranded on the planet due to this. After talking with his brother, they decided to work together to fix a ship and capture the Doctor. (AUDIO: Children of the Revolution [+]Loading...["Children of the Revolution (audio story)"]) He learnt he hadn't won the quest as he discovered that he had an older sister Zeta. When the timeline was rewritten, he had become inseparable from his brother Clarent. (AUDIO: The Firstborn [+]Loading...["The Firstborn (audio story)"])
