Dewie and Allan were part of the group that helped Dai, the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, orchestrate the escape of former Agent Twenty One of the Universal Secret Service from the custody of Agent Tatiana Bianca. Dai asked them to make sure he was not disturbed as he actioned his plan to get Twenty One to Bereznik, so he could take revenge on those responsible for the murder of Tina Palamac.
