Dexter Fletcher (born 31 January 1966[1]) was the narrator for the 1993 Doctor Who television story UNIT Recruiting Film.

After starting his career as a child actor, Fletcher starred, along with Julia Sawalha, in Steven Moffat's Press Gang. He is probably still best known for appearing in the gangster films Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels, Layer Cake and the tv series Hotel Babylon.

More recently Fletcher has turned his hand to directing with films such as Sunshine on Leith and Eddie the Eagle.
