Dormio of Somnos was a general of the Somnosian Empire. After his invasion force reached Earth and put the planet's inhabitants to sleep, he referred to himself as Prime Minister of Earth. After the Twelfth Doctor awoke the humans and they showed up to fight the Somnosians, he retreated from Earth with his people. (COMIC: Beauty Sleep)
