The Dralugs were a humanoid civilization of whom the Daleks once had a life-sized statue in one of their Dalek flying saucers alongside other depictions of lifeforms whose planets they were planning to invade. The sign near the statue indicated that the Dralugs originated on a moon of Neptune. (PROSE: Inside a Skaro Saucer)
