Dumarsais Leclerc was a Haitian.
He was at least fifty years old in 1915, since he remembered the times before Lincoln recognised their country's independence.
He and Vincent were drinking Clairin outside Vincent's house in the northern part of Port-au-Prince when the TARDIS materialised nearby. The noise made them decide to continue their drinking inside the house. (PROSE: White Darkness)
