Duncan Newmarch was a television presenter who worked for BBC One in the 21st century.

In the 2010s, Duncan Newmarch was presenting a continuity announcement for BBC One when a Cyberman broke down the door to his studio. Newmarch protested about his door, but the Cyberman ignored him and asserted that it would instead be presenting the announcement and that Newmarch would be upgraded, stunning him before relaying its message that time was running out for the Twelfth Doctor.
