Dwayne Pherber was a vampire. He went on a feeding spree in 1999 which raised the Eighth Doctor's suspicions. He planned on feeding on all the artists in London and any art critics that had given him a bad review. He wanted to feast on Charlotte Pollard. The Doctor managed to defeat him using a portable black light. (AUDIO: The End of the Beginning)
