Ectoshine was a product advertised on television to polish "ghosts", which were actually Cybermen breaking into the universe. In one advertisement, a housewife character promoted an advertisement for Ectoshine where she claimed that "[her] ghost was pale and grey, until [she] used Ectoshine." (TV: Army of Ghosts)
