Emma was a woman who became embroiled in a sequence of events triggered by the Fourth Doctor. When Sam parked his van across the road from her, she blushed, and when he crossed to make a delivery and spoke to her, she dropped the pound she was putting into a parking meter.
Believing it to be under Sam's van, she stooped to look. Sam found her there and the two laughed about the circumstances. Having exchanged telephone numbers, they agreed upon a first date at an Italian restaurant. (AUDIO: Chain Reaction)
