Endwell

Endwell was a scientist who became frustrated when no one would listen to his warnings on global warming. He convinced several lab technicians to help him use another scientist's weather machine to create extreme weather conditions in London. He was confronted by Bernice Summerfield and Ross Brimmicombe-Wood, and later the Seventh Doctor. Endwell was killed when the storm conditions sucked him out of a broken window in the building in which he was holding Benny and Ross at gunpoint. (PROSE: How You Get There)
