An entity that fed on life force was created by Rechauffe in the village of Cloots Coombe in 2002. The company was attempting to create a super soldier from the villagers' DNA, and the entity was a side effect. The village squire, an agent of Rechauffe, hid the entity in the village well and used it to murder those who got in his way, including the environmental activist Jenny. The entity's victims had their bodies rapidly decay. When Josh Townsend lit the Rechauffe building on fire, the flames rushed through the underground tunnel connecting the building and the well, killing the entity and the squire. (AUDIO: Comeback)
