Eric Drazen was a galactic property dealer. He was assisted by Makara. He wanted to make an abandoned spaceship into hotel. He didn't seem that concerned when he found Hugo Salts dead body and just wanted to dispose it from an airlock. He became concerned when the Makara went haywire and thought that Esther Brak was behind it. (AUDIO: The Lure of the Nomad)
