Eternity (colony)

Eternity was a colony in the Larger Magellenic Cloud founded during the first human empire. It was one of the first human colonies outside of Mutter's Spiral and was considered a towering achievement at a time when most of the Earth was uninhabitable.

For a long period of time, Eternity was the furthest colony from Earth. At one point, there was a permanent population of eight billion humans.

Eternity Terminal Station was a city-sized shipyard with massive multi-level structures of chrome, glass and steel. The Station was able to manage the entire colony's traffic of system- and empire-wide vehicles in addition to providing long-term service to hundreds of ships.

The skies above Eternity were described as being the colour of halogen lights. (AUDIO: The Last Voyage)
