The Fancy Dress Costume Hire Shop was the shop operated by the Shopkeeper in the Yorkshire town of Samhain.
From her perspective, Iris Wildthyme first visited it in her Brenda Soobie incarnation when she and Panda, fleeing from 1960s Las Vegas through a mysterious portal in the basement of the Flamingo Hotel, emerged through the Shopkeeper's changing room mirror in the mid-2000s. This mirror was only one of several mirrors in the Shopkeeper's possession which connected to other times and places. (PROSE: Death of the Author)
