The Farr-Raff War was a war between the peoples of the twin planets, Farraf and Raffar spanning generations.
While the tech-obsessed peoples of Farraf ravaged their planet beyond repair for resources, the peace-loving Raffs kept their planet intact.
The war ended when the Third Doctor and the leader of the Raffs imprisoned Soton, the leader of the Farrs. (COMIC: The Spoilers)
