First Rank
The First Rank, sometimes rendered as simply the first rank, was one of the various Time Lord ranks. (TV: The Brain of Morbius, AUDIO: The Eleven, etc.) Notably, First Time Lord was a title held by the leader of the Time Lord hierarchy, (PROSE: Doctor Who and the Doomsday Weapon) and Morbius, who claimed the title when facing the Fourth Doctor, was a former President himself.
