Fixing Time was a watch-mending repair shop on Old Street, Islington, London. The proprietor was the Third Doctor. The Doctor refused to pay protection money to the Ramsey Mob, a local gang. Jack "the Lad" Cooper, a member of the Ramsey Mob, torched the shop. (PROSE: Amorality Tale)
