Flinkstab was a delegate from Nekkistan in a temporal summit. In one timeline he killed one of the dancers, Lexy, by accident. After that time-line was erased, anomalous holoprints were found of the murder. They were kept by due to a beryllium chip. He asked Baano to put Leela in her dance troupe. He also confessed to previously killing a dancer on Coralee. (AUDIO: Square One)
