Three foreign agents once stole the Multi-Mobile intending to destroy the British Nuclear Defence Control Centre. Their plan was foiled by the Third Doctor who put sugar in the vehicle's fuel supply. When they reached the Control Centre, the Multi-Mobile stopped working and sunk into the marshland. The agents escaped unharmed but were detained by UNIT troops. (COMIC: The Multi-Mobile)
