Formosa was an island in the south-east of Asia.[1]

Formosa was an island located roughly north-east of the China Sea. To the south of Formosa was the island of Luzon - one of the Philippine Islands. To the west of Formosa, on the east coast of China, was the city of Canton. (TV: Survivors of the Flux)

  • Formosa is a historical name for the main island of Taiwan. This has yet to be stated in the DWU.
