Install this and make the site work better for you

There are some things about the Wikia skin which we cannot change as a default condition without violating Wikia's Terms of Use. However, you, as an individual user, may personally elect to make whatever changes you want to. Thus, we've created a special bit of CSS called FixMe.css, which automatically sets a number of conditions to the tardis.wikia administrative staff default. We strongly urge you to take the following steps:

  1. Copy this:
    @import url("/index.php?title=MediaWiki:FixMe.css&ctype=text/css&action=raw");
  2. >>>Click this<<<
  3. Paste
  4. Save
  5. Refresh your cache

What does it change?

Don't be scared. This fix won't suddenly make the wiki some sort of blue and green neon monstrosity. You'll barely be able to notice it. Certain tiny, but important, things will changed. One of the biggest is that it will make un-created categories red again, so that you know which have been created, and which have not. It also gets rid of some things that are problematic, such as the "add a gallery" button which violates our tardis:image use policy by not giving you an opportunity to add a copyright license to pictures. The full list of current fixes is available for you to read at the source code, MediaWiki:FixMe.css.

Note that if you are going to be editing in monobook, we recommend that you put this line also at Special:MyPage/monobook.css.

All thanks goes to the good people at Memory Alpha, who came up with the idea.
