I want to put some mention about the crucible daleks somewhere on the Wiki. I don't think they deserve their own page but I don't know whether to put them in the Dalkek Variants page, or to just put them as a footnote on the Standard Dlaeks page. The same could be be said about the assult Daleks from Parting Of The Ways. Taccer 07 18:45, 1 September 2008 (UTC)

I vote no, unless someone specifically refers to them in dialogue. --Stardizzy2 20:44, 1 September 2008 (UTC)
I made an article called Assault Dalek once, and it got deleted. Theres also this page here. The evil dudeArnie 18:59, 1 September 2008 (UTC)
Thanks, I hadn't seen that, I don't think anything links to it though... Taccer 07

The Vault Dalek was named on the Dr who site. I created the page for it.--Skittles the hog 12:54, 2 September 2008 (UTC)

I don't see why they should have a separate article - they are not really different from the standard Daleks. The only real one is that not all have the standard plunger - but Daleks have been seen the have different attatchments from the plunger since the very first story (one has a cutting dool for removing the door in episode 4). They are made directly from Davros - but as he himself notes that is only making them true daleks again (they were origonally mutated from Kaleds in Genesis OTD). All variants have pages, the Vault dalek is differnt and therefore should be classified as a variant.--Skittles the hog 17:43, 11 September 2008 (UTC)

I think we should have a page for the Assault Dalek Varient. Not only that but I'd like the include the dalek that cuts open the door in The Daleks in that catagory. Taccer 07 22:30, 2 October 2008 (UTC)
