Is there a list anywhere of the companions shown in the second Meanwhile in the TARDIS clip?

I don't know if it would be appropriate to include the list in the article, but it would be nice if it existed somewhere; a friend of mine asked me why Jo Grant didn't appear, I thought she did, and I can't check the DVD until I get home next week....

I suppose the ideal list would be a behind-the-scenes source, because from what I remember a few of the pictures were shown out-of-focus, blocked by Amy's head, or while the TARDIS screen was way off in the back corner of our screen. But even a list catalogued by a careful fan with the DVD and a pause button would be useful.

The article says "all his female companions from Barbra Chesterson to Donna Noble", but I have to take that with a grain of salt. For one thing, Barbara's first and last names are both spelled wrong. More importantly, it's nowhere near all of his female companions (there's definitely no Sam Jones or Izzy Sinclair there, for example)—and if you restrict it to TV, there's no such person as "Barbara Chesterton", as Barbara Wright married Ian Chesterton later, in the NAs.

Also, they're definitely in random order (starting with Rose and Sarah Jane, if I remember right), so the only way anyone could know it was all of the companions is if they had a complete list. So, I'm hoping someone does.
