the problem[[edit source]]
please, when editing, don't Wikify every instance of a particular word, like Gallifrey or Omega. just do it the first time, please. I understand we have a problem because the Doctor's name comes so much, in different incarnations. it tends to look like you must Wikify every distance of a particular name.
so, again, plesae, just Wikify the first instance of a name, not all of them, unless when citing a story name or in a list. in a list, you can Wikify all the names. in the main body of an article, please refrain from this thanks. hugs and kisses. --***Stardizzy*** 00:41, 16 February 2007 (UTC)
- I believe the standard is/was to only wikify the first instance of a name per section, not just per article, as some people don't always read all the article and just skip to a particular section. ~ Ghelæ -talk-contribs 08:17, 16 February 2007 (UTC)
- I've always preferred wikifying the first occurrence per paragraph. It's much easier when I try to find a link, as opposed to scrolling through the whole article to find it. As well, the article just seems barren otherwise. Azes13 20:03, 16 February 2007 (UTC)
