Anybody ever thought what it would be like if the doctor discovered that the Deca are all still alive, but trapped in time and space in alternate dimension, far-away universes or just under his nose. Lets say we spent a whole season with him finding and rescueing them and finaly they are able to resurect Galifrey. Fellow pedestrians please speculate with me in how this could work/not work.
let's say that they all escaped in drax's tardis, and that they put their minds together. they figure out that the time lock only works in their own dimension, and then run away to another dimension. and than, for simplicity's sake, they go to pete's world. and then, with all the dimension hopping that rose did, they could've slipped through.
