Forum:Story Number issue

Hello everyone, I have noticed an issue with the story numbers in Series 4. Here is what we can observe on the pages of each story: (in bold appear the discontinuity errors)

193a: The Sontaran Stratagem

193b: The Poison Sky

193: The Doctor's Daughter

194: The Unicorn And The Wasp

195a: Silence In The Library

195b: Forest Of The Dead

196: Midnight

198: Turn Left

198a: The Stolen Earth

198b: Journey's End

199: The Next Doctor

200: Planet Of The Dead

If Planet Of The Dead is really supposed to be the 200th story, the only way I can see to solve this issue is, first, to shift the number of the stories by one from The Doctor's Daughter to Midnight. Then, to see Turn Left as 198a, The Stolen Earth as 198b and Journey's End as 198c (a little bit like the final story of Series 3). However I do not really know if it was intended like this.
