The Four-Colour Kingdom was a location within the Land of Fiction. It was inhabited by superheroes and other comic-strip characters. The Kingdom was destroyed on the first day of the Cybermen's invasion of the Land, leaving the Karkus a refugee. (AUDIO: Legend of the Cybermen)
