After the Dummy Massacre, the webmaster of Who is Doctor Who? asked his readers to send in their stories after there were supposed reports of "millions" of people hearing a "strange disembodied voice"; on 2 April 2005, Frank wrote to the site that the voices were strange and not quite human, as though they were a message from above.
