Frentos was a planet in the Fourteenth galaxy.
Tarvick was the Crown Prince of Frentos. He was forced to flee after a republican uprising. The Fourth Doctor eventually returned him to Frentos at a time when no one had heard of him. (PROSE: The Clanging Chimes of Doom)
