Mr Gabriel was a Gabrielidean who moved to Dronid to deal in illegal technology. In the year 15367, Mr Qixotl tried to buy a dematerialisation circuit from him while they were drinking together in Shockley's Den of Almost Limitless Iniquity in Traducersville. He told Qixotl rumours about Gabrielidean battleships being sent to Dronid by the Time Lords, and that the Doctor was involved in the upcoming battle, though no one knew if he was going to be working for the Time Lords or their enemy.
He wore an artificial body that made him appear middle-aged; Qixotl described him as looking like someone's uncle. (PROSE: Alien Bodies)
