Gallifrey (Barusa's universe)

In Barusa's universe, Gallifrey orbited "twin red suns".
The planet had a curious, inexplicable bond with the psychic state of the Time Lords themselves. Whenever the population was divided, geological forces would cause large crevasses to appear across the surface of the planet; these would spontaneously close themselves back again once the metaphorical rifts were healed. Such an episode occurred between the Master's power-grab and the Doctor's victorious return to Gallifrey with his father Ulysses. (PROSE: The Chronicles of Doctor Who?)
