A member of one Chuldur family who came to the Regency era in order to cosplay masqueraded as Lord Galpin and then Lord Barton. After receiving the broadcast signals of human romance television programmes, the group arrived in Bath, 1813, to move up the social ladder in successive human forms, in order to create chaos which would result in destruction: the "grand finale".

In the Galpin role he took a more sedated role as brother of one of Barton's lovers, but found this character boring, and took Barton's form, killing him, on realising he was much more transgressive. As such, he took on the role of a potential suitor for debutants, employing cliched lines to try and lure them in with charm. He attempted this with Ruby Sunday, but failed due to her 21st century attitudes, and then again with Emily Beckett. When his identity was revealed, he worked together with his fellow Chuldur to create their newest plans for a season finale, and hunted after the Fifteenth Doctor and Rogue. He was trapped, along with the rest of his family, and sent into a barren dimension by the Doctor. (TV: Rogue [+]Loading...["Rogue (TV story)"])
