Gamma-Ursa 9 was a mostly barren planet located on the "icy edge" of the galaxy.
The Fourth Doctor once visited Gamma-Ursa 9 and found to his surprise that an Inter-Gallactic Record Shop now existed there. He tried to make a purchase, but found that the shop was manned by two Daleks, who attempted to exterminate him. (COMIC: On the Icy Edge of the Galaxy...)
