A garden contained two flower pots, out of which Bill and Ben appeared, as well as Little Weed, who was between the two.

At one point, a young boy walked through the garden while reciting the story of a broadcasting corporation; at the time, the garden also contained Bill, Ben, Little Weed, Muffin the Mule, Sausage the dog, Spotty Dog, Jenny and Willy Woodentop, Andy Pandy, and his teddy.
