Garshak was a mentally-augmented Ogron who usually resided on the planet of Megerra. He met the Seventh Doctor, Chris Cwej and Roz Forrester when he was the leader of a local police department on Megerra. (PROSE: Shakedown) Later, he met Chris and Bernice Summerfield, by which time he had become a private detective. (PROSE: Mean Streets)
