Gas storm

From Tardis Wiki, the free Doctor Who reference

Gas storms were weather events on gaseous planets, resulting from instabilities in their atmospheres. From a distance, gas storms were said to look beautiful.

Around 2062, an artist named Aristede once placed bombs all over the surface of Venus, intending to induce gas storms which would last for thousands of years. Aristede was dying, and intended this to be his final artwork. (PROSE: Venus)
