Genevieve "Jenny" Holmes was the sister of Sherlock Holmes who lived in Yorkshire. She was ten years younger than him and was mentally challenged. This fact led to Sherlock and Mycroft Holmes disagreeing on how to handle her care when their father died, with Mycroft eventually sending her to an asylum. (PROSE: Erasing Sherlock)
