George Baldwin

George Baldwin worked for years in the top secret base recording and filing away every UFO incident within UK airspace over the thirty years since 1940. On George's final day before retiring, Chukwa Fel Interrogators arrived in search of information in one of the files that would allow them to complete their new weapon and destroy their enemies, the Mohini.

Fortunately, the Tenth Doctor had arrived minutes before and made some additions to the file before it was handed over. When the Interrogators had gone, the Doctor took George for a trip home in the TARDIS, showing him the Interrogators on a screen, activating their weapon only to find themselves dumped on the other side of the galaxy through a wormhole they had accidentally created.
