Giuseppe Sabatini was the owner of a freak show on Coney Island. He cared about his performers and as such he didn’t want to sell Esther to the War Master, despite being in rent arrears with Fletcher. After the Master burnt their lodgings down, he fled south to outrun him as well as the law who thought he killed Fletcher. He made his way down to Lousianna to meet with his old colleague Genevieve Carrière looking to sanctuary, injuring himself on the way when wrestling an alligator in a swamp. He was eventually captured by the Master for his experiment in the Time War, due to his extreme hardiness.
