Grahame Harden
From Tardis Wiki, the free Doctor Who reference
Dr Grahame Harden was a chemist who had created an antibiotic serum for injecting into fish.
When confronted by the Sixth Doctor about the possible hallucinogenic side effects of the serum, should it be accidentally ingested by humans, Harden became angry, not at the Doctor, but at his superiors who had not let him test it properly. The Doctor showed him the problem with the formula and gave him a blocking agent that would eliminate the side effects. He turned away to analyse the liquid, and when he turned back, the Doctor had gone. (PROSE: The Stabber)
