Grampy was a character featured in Betty Boop and Grampy alongside Betty Boop. (PROSE: Doctor Who: The Encyclopedia [+]Loading...{"page":"22","ed":"2011 edition","1":"Doctor Who: The Encyclopedia (reference book)"}) In the cartoon, he was first shown getting up from his chair and laughing while holding his hat and dancing across the room, and was later shown dancing with the woman in a house.
This cartoon was part of the Animation archives used by Crusader Tours for on-board entertainment aboard their Crusader 50 shuttle busses. (TV: Midnight [+]Loading...["Midnight (TV story)"])
