The Grand Widow was the mother of the Draconian Emperor. She argued with the Lady Zinn about who was to marry her son. She had spies in many parts of Draconian life. She was the one who summoned the Third Doctor back to Draconia. She was murdered by Zinn. (AUDIO: Conspiracy in Space)
