Colonel Grant was part of British Intelligence. When the Second Doctor decided to impersonate Napoléon Bonaparte so he could reach the Prussians during the Battle of Waterloo on 18 June 1815, Grant disguised himself as a French lieutenant so he could help get him to them. (PROSE: World Game)
