Admiral Greg Calloway was an admiral in the United States Navy. In October 1943, he ignored a message given to him by Anne Tessler from the Sixth Doctor warning him to stop the Philadelphia Experiment. He was the best man at Brian and Anne's wedding. (AUDIO: The Macros)
