Guy Clapperton wrote Tarnished Image, included in Decalog 3: Consequences, and Wish You Were Here in Short Trips. In 2005, he was sent to Cardiff by the Radio Times and co-wrote the sixteen-page special that launched series 1 of Doctor Who.
