Major Hadley was Luke Smith's superior at UNIT. She and her team observed a clone of Napoléon Bonaparte who they believed had travelled through time. (AUDIO: Time Schisms!) She later invited Rani Chandra and Clyde Langer to UNIT HQ at the Tower of London. (AUDIO: The Ghost of Bannerman Road)
